good morning/appropriate time greeting my lovely friend, here is a little picture of my latest blanket for Hugs for the Homeless, which I thought I would share with you purely because it’s turning out so jazzy. When I make the blankets the main premise is to get it done as quickly as possible, every blanket is needed before it’s finished so speed is essential, so I don’t waste time picking out colours or types of yarn. I literally pick the first yarn available and start. This does of course mean each one turns out quite differently and this one is very bright neon green and has sparkly fluffy bits (some very disco yarn was donated so obviously it went straight into blanket production) When a person is homeless and cold the colour doesn’t matter, I still hope they like it though and it will be warm.
luckily my cat has chilled today and is not attacking my wool, fingers crossed I get this one finished today. I shall also cross my fingers and hope you like this; little blue elephant 1 long sleeve top
